Summer Strength and Conditioning Program (F.A.S.T.)

When: June 9th - July 31st  **No yoga June 25 **No FAST June 30-July 6 

Where: High School weight room and gym. 

Who: HS boys and girls and Incoming 7th and 8th grade middle school boys and girls
